Jelly Shoes By Bata:

Jelly shoes are back in vogue these days. Jelly shoes or jellies are shoes made of PVC plastic. They come in a large variety of brands and colors and the material is frequently infused with glitter and because of the jelly-like sheen it derived it’s name.I being a big footed person was skeptical for quiet some time to try these shoes since the one I like have small covering area for the toe. So I did not want to invest some money and then not use it if it’s not comfy. But my temptation was given way when I saw jelly shoes in Bata shoe store and that too for rupees 300. Now I have to try them for sure

As I saw in the store, Bata has a single design with small mesh like structure in many common colors with glitters like white, black, brown, pink and green. Don’t bother about glitter if you don’t like it, since it’s minimal. So I selected a white one since I wanted to wear it with my black jeans and thought if I like it I would come back again for brown one :)

My white jelly shoes

Things which appealed to me in these shoes:

1: Very light weight and comfy to wear because of soft texture.
2: Trendy and looks fashionable.
3: Need less maintenance and easy to clean.
4: Good for summer season since it has mess like structure so quiet airy.
5: Since it is made of kind of plastic so doesn’t spoil in water and dries off easily, so good for rainy season also. Though it wont prevent your feet from getting wet.

Things which need improvement:

1: Frankly speaking I am fully satisfied with the shoes and couldn’t expect more for the money. As far as durability is concerned that I need to wait and watch since it’s been 1 month only I bought them. But it seems it will go for quiet sometime.
