Every bride is special in their own way, while some brides look beautiful in their gorgeous lehengas and sarees others prefer to steal the show with their beautiful jewelry. And here Palak also chose to dazzle the stage in her Diamond and Ruby necklace with matching earrings and maang tikka.
Loved her makeup and her pinkish lip shade, gives a very fresh and bright look to her face. For sure I am getting this lip shade soon
And I liked this concept of making collage of various pictures of the wedding ceremony by Coolbluez photography, perfect way to get a glimpse of all the memories. It will be good to get it framed too.
Did you notice the garland in the picture above??? it is so beautiful and different from the usual ones…

With so many different cultures in India it has to definitely show in the Indian bridal fashion too. Some brides prefer to keep their jewellery minimal while concentrating mainly on the lehenga while other say it all through their jewellery. Some brides also love to portray the regional style in their dressing while others like to do it in bit contemporary manner.
Here are some of my favorite brides photographed by highly proficient couple Vinayak Das and Snigdha Sheel who love to do wedding photography under their brand name Photo Tantra.
1-The picture perfect bride, wearing a pink lehenga with evergreen golden uncut diamond jewellery
2-Sweet and simple Bengali bahu with characteristic big red bindi
3-The fashionable bride, with high collar choli and a magnificient maang tikka
4-Bride with a traditional look and a big nose ring or nath
5-Elegant is the word which comes to my mind for this bride with a gorgeous net saree and classy jewellery
6-Gujarati bride with a cute smile and red and green saree with heavy embroidery work
7-This bride says it all with a grand lehenga choli and a Christian style viel over her face
8-Pretty punjabi bride dressed in red and green heavily embroidered salwar kurta
9-South Indian bride with maang tikka and head decoration with jewels

“In the arithmetic of love, one plus one equals everything, and two minus one equals nothing.” – Mignon McLaughlin
Stylish and charming are the words which come to my mind when I look at Neha and Pratik who complement each other so beautifully and this lovely couple carried the same aura during their engagement ceremony too.
Neha looked charming and beautiful in her stylish turquoise green and blue lehenga. I personally liked how the dual colors are used in her lehenga without making it look too bright and goddy. Her retro hairstyle with curls added seven stars to her look . Pratik kept it simple yet dashing in a cream colored sherwani. I am so linking the stage decoration done with flowers.
Reggie Menacherry Photography did an incredible work in capturing the engagement moments in such a beautiful manner. The photographs look very natural and the couple look very comfortable too. This is what he says for the couple “After the first time I chatted with Neha I knew this girl will rock the floor with her beauty and dance. Little did I knew that I was gonna catch up with a tall handsome fun filled Pratik.”

No wonder we Indians are so famous for our Big Fat Wedding because we love to make everything about the brides and weddings special. The wedding preparations of the bride start months before the actual day with a looong list of TO DO things. Here I thought of sharing 7 bridal fashion ideas which would help you plan for your wedding day dressing.
1-For a simple and stylish look wear a minimalistic nose ring/nose nath with diamond and red stone
2-Wear a deep red head chunni with uncut diamond, pearl and zari work
3-Style in colorful maang tikka with pearls string and flower design
Check out more flower jewellery designs here
4-Try out colored mehndi/henna to match your wedding lehenga
5-If you love minimal hair styling to maintain your natural look try using a hair band of precious stones to adorn your hair
6-Do a hair updo to get a chic bridal look
7-Colorful glitter heels to match with your attire

Happy karvachauth to all the ladies who are fasting today and also to those who couldn’t due to some reason!!! Mine is a special one as it is my 10th karvachauth, not that I have been married for so long but been together with Abhishek for 10 years now (but it feels only tomorrow I met him )
So to make this karvachauth a bit more special I picked up my marriage lehenga as the dress for pooja today. I skipped the additional chunni which I took during my wedding and added big jhumka’s and bindi to change the look I carried on my wedding day.
My sister in law was also with me during today’s pooja and enjoyed fully saying the karvachauth stories with me her and singing “
“ …Sadaa suhagan karve lo, Pati ki pyari karve lo, Saat bhaiyon ke behen karve lo, Vart karni karve lo, Saas ki pyaari karve lo… ”
And finally enjoyed drinking the most romantic of Glass of Water from hubby dear, Cheers!!!

Bridal Fashion In Cream And Golden Lehenga
The weekend’s approaching and I am super excited for this one as I have a wedding to attend. I just love the entire atmosphere of love, emotions, joy and celebration in our weddings. And there is no need to mentions all the glamour in the weddings since we Indian’s are so famous for our Big Fat weddings
With that thought in mind I thought of doing a bridal fashion post, since every fashion talk is incomplete without the mention of bridals. So here we bring to you some of the lovely clicks from the wedding of a super cute couple.
The bride choose to dress in a simple and elegant cream and golden lehenga, pairing it with blue, golden and red choli and completing the look with a gorgeous chunni. She wore a light jewelry with statement rings and topped it up with her brilliant smile. I am so much liking her look. Check on other bridal lehenaga design HERE
Loved her mehndi design and ofcourse her statement ring
The groom was all in color of the bride and complemented her with a matching blue sherwani.
